By using our pallet shipping, LTL shipping, or any freight services in Philadelphia, you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve worked to make them fair and clear, so please take a few minutes to read through them.

These terms represent the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
The Services We Provide
Pallet Shipping Philadelphia offers logistics solutions including but not limited to:
- Pallet shipping services within Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping services
- Freight forwarding and consolidation
- Warehousing and distribution solutions
- Specialized handling for unique cargo requirements
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
Your Responsibilities
When You Ship With Us, You Agree To:
- Provide accurate information about your shipment (weight, dimensions, contents)
- Package items properly for safe transport
- Ensure shipments don’t contain prohibited items (hazardous materials without proper declaration, illegal goods, etc.)
- Make timely payments for services rendered
- Be available or have someone available to receive deliveries at the agreed-upon time
Inaccurate information may result in additional charges or delays. We’re always happy to provide guidance on proper packaging and documentation if you need it!
Pricing & Payment
Our commitment to transparent pricing means:
- All quotes are based on the information you provide about your shipment
- Additional services or requirements discovered after quoting may incur extra charges
- Payment is typically required before shipment unless you have established credit terms with us
- We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and corporate checks
- Late payments may result in service delays and finance charges of 1.5% per month

Shipping Timeframes
While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees unless specifically purchased as guaranteed service
- Factors outside our control (weather, traffic, facility delays) may impact delivery schedules
- We’ll communicate any significant delays and work to find solutions
- For time-sensitive shipments, please discuss expedited options with our team

Liability & Insurance
Understanding our liability limits is important:
- Standard liability is limited to $0.50 per pound unless additional coverage is purchased
- Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 5 business days of delivery
- Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
- Additional insurance options are available for high-value shipments
We recommend reviewing your shipment value and considering appropriate coverage options.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans change, so here’s our policy:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund
- Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled pickup: 75% refund
- Cancellations after driver dispatch: 50% refund
- No refunds for services already rendered
- Rescheduling is available at no additional cost with 24+ hours notice

Website Usage
When using our website, you agree:
- Not to attempt unauthorized access to secure areas
- Not to use our online tools for any unlawful purpose

Dispute Resolution
If there’s ever a problem, here’s how we’ll handle it:
- We encourage direct communication to resolve issues – please reach out to our team first
- Unresolved disputes will be settled through mediation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
- If mediation is unsuccessful, arbitration will be conducted under Pennsylvania law
- Any legal action must be filed in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania
